Returns Policy

Returns Policy: Goods will only be credited providing:
-They are returned within 14 days of purchase
-The good are unbranded and in a resalable condition
-Garments are in the same condition and packaging as when they were purchased
-If pockets were supplied with garments, they must be returned with the garments
-Goods are accompanied by an original (or Copy) of the Tax Invoice


Courier costs for sending back these items will be for the customer’s account. We strongly recommend that customers send any returns via an insured, trackable service. SkyFlower Clothing will cover the courier costs for sending the replacement items. Garments returned for size exchanges will follow our normal production delivery cycle.

If style exchanges are made and as a result thereof additional charges arise, exchanged items will not be despatched until these amounts are settled in full.

Items cannot be returned for refund only.

Please note: SkyFlower Clothing cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by mishandling, failure to follow garment care instructions, or excessive wear and tear.

Please note that commercially acceptable variations in colour may occur due to slight differences in fabric from different deliveries.

Same styles manufactured in different quality fabrics can feel slightly different in fit, although the exact same pattern is used, electronically cut and garments manufactured at the same time. These differences should not warrant size exchanges.
